In a world ravaged by the Nocturne Virus, a pandemic that induces vivid hallucinations, relentless insomnia, and rapid physical decay, victims are doomed to succumb to their nightmares within five days. Amidst the chaos, a family faces an unimaginable challenge when their 13-year-old daughter, Olivia, becomes infected during a sleepover just as the United States enforces another lockdown. Desperate to save her, the family races against time to find a cure before Olivia’s time runs out.

My name is Rowan Fiscal
I’m a horror fiction writer who has dreamed of becoming an author since childhood, and now I’m finally making that dream a reality. My first book, “The Nocturnal Plague,” explores a chilling pandemic where victims meet their end through their nightmares. It follows a family’s desperate fight to save their daughter, Olivia, before she becomes another victim to the virus.
In addition to being a writer, I’m also a wife and a mother of three wonderful children. Balancing writing with the demands of motherhood and working remotely part-time can be challenging, but it’s a passion that I can’t ignore.
I believe that the best horror stories are the ones that stay with you long after you’ve turned the last page, and I strive to create that experience for my readers. Join me on this journey and let’s explore the depths of fear together.
